National Park Service Mourns the Loss of Retired Ranger Betty Reid Soskin
RICHMOND, Calif. – The National Park Service recently learned of the passing of retired National Park Service ranger Betty Reid Soskin. Betty passed away peacefully in her home on the morning of Dec. 21, 2025.
